Production Process and Structural Design: The steel fibers are processed and shaped using a cold-drawing technique, typically featuring end-hooked, wavy, or other shaped cross-sections. The fiber length is generally between 30-65 millimeters, with a diameter ranging from 0.5-1.0 millimeters, and an aspect ratio of up to 40-80. During production, the fibers are bonded into rows using water-soluble glue. This structure effectively prevents clumping during mixing, ensuring uniform dispersion.
Physical properties and mechanical advantages: The viscose-coated steel fibers exhibit high strength and excellent toughness, with a tensile strength reaching beyond 600-1000 MPa and an elastic modulus exceeding 400 GPa. Their end-hook shape induces an anchoring effect in concrete, significantly enhancing the bond strength, thereby improving the crack resistance, impact resistance, and fatigue resistance of the matrix material. When incorporated into concrete, it can increase the compressive strength by 10%-80% and the tensile strength by 50%-100%.

The water-soluble glue dissolves during mixing, ensuring uniform distribution of the fibers and reducing construction difficulty. Additionally, the rebound rate can be kept below 10% in the wet shotcreting process, making it suitable for various construction methods such as dry or wet shotcreting.
